Mercedes Benz Burlington

The site was rezoned to allow construction of the prestigious car dealership on the North Service Road in Burlington. The project was designed and completed by The Hicks Partnership. It features a reflecting pool for car display in front of the showroom, glass wall elements in the landscaping, and a revolving Mercedes Benz star within a glass skylight on the roof.

GH+A Design of Detroit, Michigan were added to the design team to enhance the retail experience in the store. With their input, in 2011 the project won a gold citation for Retail Design from the International Council of Shopping Centers Inc.
