Copeland House Condominiums are the first phase of an ambitious redevelopment program by Skyline Developments at the Horseshoe Valley Resort. The 4 storey building, with underground parking, was originally designed to have Retail on the ground floor. Later the ground floor was redesigned to provide large ground floor condominium units with walk out terraces.

The project was designed by The Hicks Partnership Inc. and Construction Administration was completed by van Groll Associates Inc.
